Constructing Your Home with the Professional Home Builders
Below is our standard process that will transpire when you decide to start your exiting journey into the New Home Building with Beverly Homes.
- Phase One – Preliminary Enquiry
Upon your initial enquiry regarding having a New Home, one of our project managers will meet with you at your convenience to obtain general information with regards to your potential project.
Then, we will be able to work on the preliminary design, construction process, timeline and budget cost based on your potential project.
- Phase Two – Design
Our standard design process will cover following steps in order to finalise endorsed town planning drawings:
- Pre-application Discussions with the relevant council
- Presentation of preliminary architectural drawings to the client
- Review and change to preliminary drawings by client.
- Preparing and Submitting the Application to council for review
- Council checks the application
- Preliminary Assessment from council
- Apply council changes
- Advertising A Planning Application
- Council assesses the application
- Review by VCAT (if required)
