Our standard design process will cover following steps in order to finalise endorsed town planning drawings:
- Pre-application Discussions with the relevant council
- Presentation of preliminary architectural drawings to the client
- Review and change to preliminary drawings by client.
- Preparing and Submitting the Application to council for review
- Council checks the application
- Preliminary Assessment from council
- Apply council changes
- Advertising A Planning Application
- Council assesses the application
- Review by VCAT (if required)
Upon the completion of these stages you will have a complete set of endorsed town planning drawings. These drawings will include architectural drawings, including layout, plan view, elevations, cross sections, colour scheme, roof layout and site plan.
