Upon finalising of acceptable working drawings, Beverly Homes will be able to provide program and price for your project. Your project price can be prepared based on two following options:
- Lump sum method:
In this method we prepare detail estimate base on working drawings and provide a fixed price for fulfilling the scope of the work.
- Cost plus method:
In this method we apply a set percentage rate that will be charged over the all construction items cost. The homeowner is aware of who is getting paid and how much. There are no hidden costs or fees. This creates higher level of trust and comfort between client and Beverly because the labour and material costs are known. Another cost plus method benefit for the homeowners is that, client only pay for completed services and doesn’t have to pay for tasks not yet completed.
