After we obtained the approvals, we will be able to start demolition if needed then the site cut and excavation. This is followed by footing stage, framing, lock up, fixing and finishing. We will supply detailed progress and expenditure updates and reports at regular intervals. One of our most important priorities is fulfilling the job items based on agreed program and day to day coordination of project accordingly.
